Welcome!

Mission: TO TEACH THE TEACHERS AND CELEBRATE THE POWER OF EDUCATION

Vision: To build an interprofessional education community across Baystate Health that values the scholarly approach, champions educational innovation, and actively endorses teaching excellence

What is BERST?

BERST is a “service line” of initiatives designed to build a community of educators across Baystate Health.

BERST efforts foster individual growth and institutional excellence through supportive mentorship, enthusiastic teaching, and evidence-based educational scholarship.

BERST is your connection to educators and education at Baystate. Find your scholarship “posse”; seek out a mentor; receive feedback on ideas; apply your innovations in other departments.
