PLEASE NOTE:   After hours access is a benefit to maximize educational opportunities for research and study in the health sciences.  This benefit is available to all employees who work more than 20 hours per week on a regular basis.  Access is dependent on the following conditions:

• Individuals must sign in and out on the log sheet by the inside library entrance
• No materials may be borrowed when the library is not staffed
• Persons using the library must adhere to all institutional policies
• No admitting of individuals who do not have a Baystate ID badge or have after hours privilege
• All individuals must have their current Baystate ID with them at all times
• Approval of employee's immediate supervisor

The privilege of after hours access will be rescinded if the above conditions are not met.
