Note: You are allowed to use images found in these databases for your presentations or posters (non-profit use) but you must include source of image and all copyright notices.

- Clinical KeyA comprehensive point-of-care search tool that includes medical procedures and thousands of images. Perform a keyword or topic search; from the results screen, choose Images under Source Type. Then use the "Add to Presentation" feature to automatically export images and text into your PowerPoint presentation, copyright information included. - Bio-Image SearchAn aggregated search tool from Stanford's Lane Medical Library that will find images from multiple sites and display them according to their usage restrictions.
- Science Stock Image LibraryBrowse through thumbnail images of viruses, cells, DNA, anatomy, molecules, astronomy, and more. Each thumbnail links to a page featuring a larger version of the image and a detailed description. Select the "Buy License" link in order to purchase the rights to that image according to your intended usage (e.g. Academic).
Surgical Videos
- Videos of Surgical Procedures from Medline PlusHundreds of links to hour-long pre-recorded webcasts of surgical procedures. Production date and institution where video was produced accompanies each selection. Videos may also be useful for patient teaching.
