Publishing your Research and Scholarship: NIH Compliance

In accordance with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Public Access Policy, if you received federal funds for your research, then any peer-reviewed article must be made freely available within 12 months of publication. Therefore, either the publisher or the designated author/principle investigator is required to submit the paper to PubMed Central upon acceptance for publication.
