Use of healthcare proxies for end of life decisions and the consequences of contests and challenges to the document. Defines the relationship between written documents (Healthcare Proxy, Living Will, Power of Attorney) and the utilization of Probate Court proceedings. Discusses the moral and medical issues in end of life decision-making for the neurologically-impaired patient.
