We are migrating to a new Learning Management System in January 2018.
There are changes in the way you Log In and Enroll in a course.
Baystate employees and medical staff members log in using their 5 digit EN/PN number (including letters)
Important: The first time you log in, update your profile to be sure that the email and cell
phone number are included for confirmations and attendance recording.
All those who do not have an EN or PN must create an account under the visitor section.
ALL registrations must be made via our website in this new system. Payments and confirmations will be handled as follows:
Charge card: Payments made by charge card will generate an email immediately confirming payment and enrollment to the course.
Checks and Interdepartmental Funds Transfers: Payments made via check or interdepartmental funds transfer will generate a “Pending” registration and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Be sure to follow up your online registration by sending a check or giving the information to your education coordinator for payment processing.
Once payment is received, an email confirming your payment and enrollment will be sent to the email address in your profile.
It is your responsibility to be sure your registration has been paid. If you are not sure of the status of your registration, we encourage you to log in and check before arriving at the course.
