Objectives:
At the end of this session you will be able to:
- Identify the need for a list of knowledge, skills and attitude objectives that describe what a resident will have achieved by the end of residency.
- Write objectives.
- Determine those objectives best met by clinical rotations.
- Analyze the required elements of a written rotation description (syllabus) consistent with RRC requirements.
