Baystate Education Research and Scholarship of Teaching members include attendings, VPs, midwives, spiritual leaders, researchers, QI specialists, and educators. This LibGuide is designed for BERST members own use in the development of teaching skills. This guide includes content from a variety of sources to help members self-assess and extend their own teacher and leader skills,using the key principles of education—motivation, reflection, innovation, and feedback.

You membership in BERST begins with a required two-day, interactive and foundational professional development experience held in October called Base Camp, date TBD. From there, you will have access to monthly and annual offerings, including BERST Bites. Plus, you'll have first dibs on attendance at our special offerings such as Rounds and Mini-Courses!

Teaching Clinical Reasoning: Working in Effective Diagnostic Teams
